Kristy is a dedicated Administration Coordinator and skills trainer with a strong commitment to making a positive impact. Her goal is to lead a fulfilling, healthy, and happy life while helping others and supporting a disability orphanage in Bali through her skills and dedication.

You’ll often find her spending time with her family whether it’s enjoying a picnic with a great cheese platter at the park or snuggled up in bed watching the latest documentary out. It’s the simple moments that mean the most.
She wants to make a difference whether it’s by giving families a bit of respite or supporting someone to become more independent. It’s incredibly rewarding & fulfilling.

Pia is a mother to a 20-month-old boy with a bubbly and outgoing personality. She loves getting out into the community and attending various activities. Fitness is a big part of her life, and she enjoys going to the gym daily. Originally from Queensland, Pia made the move to Western Australia three years ago.

Jarcee and her partner recently moved from New Zealand to WA, where they’re raising three beautiful daughters and their mischievous but affectionate dog, Honey.
She loves spending quality time with family and friends, keeping her home cozy, relaxing at the beach, enjoying Disney and Pixar movies, and sharing good food (and a sneaky beverage) with her partner.
Jarcee is passionate about helping people and finds joy in making a difference every day. She sees her role as a step toward her long-term goal of building a meaningful career in this industry.

When Chelsea isn’t working, she’s all about family adventures. She loves taking her baby for walks, finding new parks to explore, and heading off camping on weekends. Summer days by the beach are her idea of the perfect weekend.

In her free time, Kirsty enjoys tackling DIY renovations on her home, as well as going camping, boating, and traveling with her family.

Paul is originally from London, UK, and has called Australia home since. He has a deep passion for helping others and takes great joy in bringing smiles to the faces of the participants he supports.
A dedicated father, Paul loves spending time fishing on his boat with his son and is a huge footy fan. With his son playing in the WAFL, weekends often find him jumping from one footy ground to another, cheering him on. He’s also a loyal Fremantle Dockers supporter. When he’s not at the footy, Paul enjoys catching up with friends and soaking in live music.

Taylah is currently studying a Bachelor of Education at university and has a big passion for learning and working with children. She knows how important it is for everyone to feel supported, valued, and included.
In her spare time, she loves being outdoors, whether it’s spending the day by the ocean, going camping, or just soaking up nature. she also enjoys playing netball with my friends and spending lots of time with her family.

Molly is originally from the UK. After working as a Divemaster in Thailand, she moved to Perth in 2025 with her partner. She has always had a deep love for animals, especially frogs, sharks, and birds.
Molly has always been passionate about people having a voice, somebody to advocate for them and to have choice and independence in their life.

Lauren is originally from the UK and recently made the move to Australia. She loves to travel, get lost in a good book, scuba dive, and spend as much time as possible in the ocean.
Lauren has a sister with additional needs whom she has cared for and so she inspired her to give support work a go, since then she has never looked back!

Aleisha is currently studying a Bachelor of Science in Paramedicine. She has worked in different volunteer companies/ hospitals over the last few years and fell in love with being able to support people and work so close with unique individuals.
In her spare time, you will find her listening to music, colouring in, going to the beach or taking her dog Molly for walks.

In his free time, you will find Ryan doing outdoor activities like photography, snorkeling, mountain biking, and kiteboarding. He also loves camping, scenic drives, and hands-on projects around the home and beach.

Jordan has lived in the Mandurah region her whole life and loves being part of the local community. She became part of the industry to build stronger connections within her community and to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around her.
In her spare time, you’ll find Jordan spending time with her family and enjoying herself by exploring her creative side whether that’s by doing some paintings or drawing something incredible. Or by simply indulging in the newest novel out.
