She is passionate about supporting participants to achieve their goals and is continually expanding her skills and qualifications to provide even greater value to the team.
Outside of work, Grace enjoys immersing herself in board and video games, combining her love of strategy and fun in her downtime.

With five years in the disability sector, she has worked closely with individuals on the autism spectrum as well as those with a range of physical and intellectual conditions, bringing both knowledge and compassion to her role.
Annie values honesty, kindness, and meaningful connection, and takes pride in helping people overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Her thoughtful and calm approach creates a supportive environment where participants feel respected, understood, and empowered.
Outside of work, Annie enjoys creative pursuits, reading, and continuous learning, bringing a well-rounded and reflective perspective to the support she provides each day.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys camping on weekends, watching a good mix of comedies and thrillers, and spending quality time with friends—often over a barbecue or cheering on the footy.

Damien loves spending time outdoors — whether it’s camping or fishing. Damien is a big automotive enthusiast, he enjoys working on car projects and getting creative with DIY ideas. Family time is really important to him, and he shares his home with a loyal greyhound and a colourful aquarium.
Damien is a familiar face at community events and local markets, always up for a chat and on the lookout for hidden treasures. He’s known for his down-to-earth nature and his genuine care for people from all walks of life. With plenty of life experience and a can-do attitude, Damien’s always happy to jump in and help wherever he’s needed.

Jodie is deeply committed to compassionate, affirming support and understands first-hand the importance of strong advocates within the community. Through her work with WCA, she is proud to continue developing her career as a nurse within the disability space, supporting individuals and families to feel heard, empowered, and understood.
