Christy is deeply passionate about providing client-centred support and creating opportunities for people to live fulfilling, independent lives. Her warm nature and dedication to making a difference are at the heart of everything West Coast Ability stands for.

Kristy is a dedicated Administration Coordinator and skills trainer with a strong commitment to making a positive impact. Her goal is to lead a fulfilling, healthy, and happy life while helping others and supporting a disability orphanage in Bali through her skills and dedication.

You’ll often find her spending quality time with her family — whether it’s enjoying a picnic at the park with a great cheese platter or snuggled up at home watching the latest documentary. For Emily, it’s the simple moments that mean the most.
Passionate about helping others live more independently, Emily finds real joy in supporting people with disabilities to build confidence and independence within their own homes. She’s always ready to jump in and tackle any task that comes her way, bringing positivity, compassion, and a strong sense of purpose to everything she does.

Grace has been working in the disability sector for over 9 years and now brings that wealth of experience to her role as an NDIS Support Coordinator. She is passionate about supporting participants to achieve their goals and is continually expanding her skills and qualifications to provide even greater value to the team.
Outside of work, Grace enjoys immersing herself in board and video games, combining her love of strategy and fun in her downtime.

Damien loves spending time outdoors — whether it’s camping or fishing. Damien is a big automotive enthusiast, he enjoys working on car projects and getting creative with DIY ideas. When it’s time to unwind, you’ll often find him watching a classic movie or the latest blockbuster. Family time is really important to him, and he shares his home with a loyal greyhound and a colourful aquarium.
Damien is a familiar face at community events and local markets, always up for a chat and on the lookout for hidden treasures. He’s known for his down-to-earth nature and his genuine care for people from all walks of life. With plenty of life experience and a can-do attitude, Damien’s always happy to jump in and help wherever he’s needed.

Jarcee and her partner recently moved from New Zealand to WA, where they’re raising three beautiful daughters and their mischievous but affectionate dog, Honey.
She loves spending quality time with family and friends, keeping her home cozy, relaxing at the beach, enjoying Disney and Pixar movies, and sharing good food (and a sneaky beverage) with her partner.

When Chelsea isn’t working, she’s all about family adventures. She loves taking her baby for walks, finding new parks to explore, and heading off camping on weekends. Summer days by the beach are her idea of the perfect weekend.

Paul is originally from London, UK, and has called Australia home since. He has a deep passion for helping others and takes great joy in bringing smiles to the faces of the participants he supports.
A dedicated father, Paul loves spending time fishing on his boat with his son and is a huge footy fan. With his son playing in the WAFL, weekends often find him jumping from one footy ground to another, cheering him on. He’s also a loyal Fremantle Dockers supporter. When he’s not at the footy, Paul enjoys catching up with friends and soaking in live music.

Taylah is currently studying a Bachelor of Education at university and has a big passion for learning and working with children. She knows how important it is for everyone to feel supported, valued, and included.
In her spare time, she loves being outdoors, whether it’s spending the day by the ocean, going camping, or just soaking up nature. she also enjoys playing netball with my friends and spending lots of time with her family.

Tilly is a down-to-earth and easygoing person who loves keeping active and making the most of every day. Whether she’s playing footy, hitting the gym, or heading out for a walk, she enjoys being outdoors and surrounded by good company.
She got into the industry because she truly wants to make a difference in people’s lives. Tilly believes everyone deserves the support and opportunities to live their best life, and she’s passionate about being part of that journey.
When she’s not working, you’ll often find her enjoying brunch with friends, watching her favourite TV shows, or spending time with her dog, Mitzi — her best mate and constant companion. Known for her friendly nature and ability to put a smile on anyone’s face.

Jodie is a proud mum of two boys; she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her role in disability care. Her passion for the industry was inspired by her own journey as a parent and has continued to grow throughout her nursing career.
Jodie is deeply committed to compassionate, affirming support and understands first-hand the importance of strong advocates within the community. Through her work with WCA, she is proud to continue developing her career as a nurse within the disability space, supporting individuals and families to feel heard, empowered, and understood.
