We are, first and foremost, support workers and our passionate team is here to help you live the best life. To achieve this, we’re here to offer assistance with your daily tasks as well as those tasks which may be a bit intimidating or difficult to navigate on your own. This includes:

  • We can facilitate participation in local community activities, such as transportation, support and assistance to attend appointments, social events, and activities.

  • Everybody deserves to have the skills to get by with independence. We can help you acquire the necessary skills to live independently, including personal care, cooking, and managing finances.

  • Need a hand with employment? Our support staff can assist individuals with disabilities or other barriers to find and maintain employment by providing job coaching and other support.

  • The benefits of good health shouldn't be underplayed. This service aims to support you achieve and stick to healthy lifestyle habits, such as meal planning, exercise, and medical appointments.

  • Want to give back to the community? We can help you get involved in volunteer opportunities in the local community, with support and assistance provided to ensure success.

  • A clean space goes a long way in boosting your mood! Our support staff are here to help you get on top of your household cleaning tasks.

  • A good friend can refresh the soul. We can assist with providing opportunities for you to interact with others and engage in activities, helping to mitigate feelings of isolation and enhance overall well-being.

  • Getting to appointments, events and activities can be difficult for people with disabilities, that's why we're here to help. We provide safe and reliable transportation services so that you can focus on what's important - getting to where you need to go.

  • Our staff understand that maintaining your independence is important. We'll work with you to provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming in a way that respects your dignity and privacy.

  • Our support workers can offer temporary relief for primary caregivers, enabling them to take a break while ensuring that the individual in need of support is well taken care of.

  • All our supports have a minimum of 2 hours.

  • Yes! The team a WCA are happy to help you make delicious home cooked meals.

  • Yes we most certainly do.

  • Yes, we certainly appreciate you letting us know if you need to cancel your appointments. WCA have a 7 day cancellation policy

  • Yes! We most certainly can take you to your appointments. We do charge a $1/km fee and any parking fees are your responsibility.

  • All WCA fees and prices are available on our price guide available HERE. Our fees are in accordance with the NDIS price guide.

  • As soon as your participant registration is filled out & service agreement is signed!
